My best friend was at my house, it was night so she went home, I fell asleep and I was talking to her in my dream, I woke up and for some reason she was still there so I got up and went to the porch and looked outside and nobody was there, also the next day she came over but I wouldn’t answer the front door so she came to the back and I told my mom and they said she couldn’t come over and for some reason I had a fat baby in my hand and then I told them “what about the wolves I don’t want them to get her” because we had wolves in our backyard?
Interpreting dreams can be subjective, as they often reflect personal experiences, emotions, and subconscious thoughts. Here's a breakdown of potential meanings for your dream:
Connection with Your Friend: Dreaming about your best friend could indicate a strong bond or desire for closeness. The fact that you were talking to her in your dream suggests you value your relationship and might want to communicate more openly.
Feeling of Abandonment or Loss: Waking up to find your friend gone could symbolize feelings of abandonment or anxiety about losing important relationships. It might reflect fears of being left out or disconnected from those you care about, especially if you chose not to answer the door later.
Protection of Vulnerability: The presence of the baby in your dream could represent something innocent and vulnerable that you feel a need to protect. In this context, it may symbolize a project, idea, or aspect of yourself that you see as delicate and that you feel must be safeguarded.
Wolves as Threats: Wolves often represent danger or threats in dreams. Saying you don't want the wolves to get the baby might indicate a fear of external risks or challenges facing something you hold dear. It could symbolize that you feel there are real-life challenges or ‘predators’ that could disrupt your sense of safety or happiness.
Communication Barriers: Your decision to not answer the door might signify feelings of hesitation or resistance in dealing with certain situations or people. This could reflect an internal conflict about opening up to your friend or addressing specific issues in your life.
Overall, this dream could represent your feelings about friendship, protection, vulnerability, and concerns about outside influences affecting your life or relationships. Reflecting on your current life circumstances and emotions may provide further clarity on the dream's message.
